Born in Houston, Texas, Alfreda entered the world as the first daughter in her family — a role she would carry with strength and love throughout her life.

Continued her education at Attucks Middle School, building lifelong friendships and a strong academic foundation. Graduated from Worthing Senior High School – Class of 1975. Honored as “Miss Congeniality,” a title that perfectly reflected her natural kindness, warmth, and ability to make everyone feel welcome.

Became an alumna of Texas Southern University, continuing her journey of growth, intelligence, and personal pride.

Built a respected professional career with HL&P and MW Kellough Oil, rising through corporate ranks through dedication, discipline, and excellence.

She created stability not only for herself, but for generations after her.
